Why do I need to sign in with Twitter?
We use Twitter to log you in because it's convenient. This is a Twitter-based service, after all. It means one fewer username and password combo for you to remember.
If you're worried about us messing with your account, please don't. We use Twitter to log you in so you can accept or decline invitations, and we need a list of your friends so we can give you a list of people to invite when you create one. We send a new post to Twitter on your behalf if you create a public event, and a DM to each friend you invite explicitly. That's all. If you don't create an event, we don't send any messages.
If you're still a little scared and you're in in London, find @SamirTalwar and he'll buy you a cookie as a peace offering.
If we've convinced you that everything's going to be OK, hit the button.
